Giving 130 gifts to disable and poor on Tet holiday

GIVING 130 GIFTS TO DISADVANTAGED HOUSEHOLDS DURING THE VIETNAMESE LUNAR NEW YEAR. 2024

Duc Linh is a mountainous district located to the southwest of Binh Thuan province. In the district, there are about 1,071 ethnic minority households living in 3 villages. After the survey, I selected 130 poor households including ethnic minority families, lonely elderly people, and people with disabilities.

WHY DO WE NEED TO HELP THEM?

·       Most of the ethnic minority families in Vietnam in general as well as in my District are living. They are people with low knowledge, living in isolation in the village, with little communication with society, living and material deprivation. They don't make money, so everything around them is very limited and miserable.

People with disabilities mostly have disabilities in a part of their body such as loss of arms and legs, bone atrophy, paralysis, Agent Orange due to war. They still work to earn a living by selling lottery tickets..., begging.
