Who are they?

Most of them are rural farmers. Because Phu Le commune is a mountain area with a high rate of poor and near-poor households.

WHY DO WE NEED TO HELP THEM?

In preparation for winter they need blankets to keep warm. Most of the households are engaged in farming and raising livestock. But winter also hinders their ability to earn food. So we support them with rice to eat.
